About Repco Home Finance Ltd

Repco Home Finance Ltd is an NHB registered housing finance company headquartered in Tamil Nadu, India. The company provides individual home loans and loans against property across 11 states and Union Territory in India. It has a wide network of 131 branches and 29 satellite centres in the States of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Union Territory of Puducherry. In 2013 they raised Rs 270 crore through a public issue of equity shares. The company received a Sanction of Rs 500 crore from National Housing Bank and issued SRNCDs and Commercial paper of Rs 1200 crore and Rs 2350 crore respectively. During FY 2018, they had a loan approval of Rs 3079.26 crore and disbursed loans of Rs 2806.51 crore. They have a total of 131 branches and 29 satellite centers and have continued to consolidate in existing regions. Repco Home Finance Ltd provides tailor-made home loan products and loans against property to individual borrowers like salaried and non-salaried self-employed professionals and non-professionals. Their detailed network of branches and satellite centres have enabled them to provide a high quality customer experience. They also benefit from the continued support of the National housing Bank and rating upgrades from ICRA and CARE on their terms loans and debentures.
