About Remedium Lifecare Ltd

Remedium Lifecare Limited, formerly known as Roxy Exports Limited, is a pharmaceutical company serving two business verticals – products and services. Established in 1988, the Company operates in domestic and international markets, including regulated markets, to trade and sell APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and intermediates. In 2017, the Regional Director of Northern Region imposed a penalty of Rs. 1000 that was paid in order to maintain the Company's going concern status. In 2018-19, the Company started the manufacturing and trading of AirOWater machines. To stay in line with these new business activities, the Company changed its name from Roxy Exports Limited to Remedium Lifecare Limited that was duly approved by shareholders at the 31st Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2020 followed by a fresh Certificate of Incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies on 06th November 2020. In 2021, the Company diversified its offerings, expanding its business activities from the manufacturing and sale of AirOWater machines to the trading of APIs, intermediates, KSMs (Known Sample Materials) and CRMs (Certified Reference Materials) as well as other raw materials used for API manufacturing and contract manufacturing.
