About Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Limited (RIIL), a subsidiary of Reliance Group, was established in 1988 as Chembur Patalganga Pipelines Limited. It is mainly involved in providing Industrial Infrastructure and Support Services catering to Indian customers. It operates in Mumbai, Rasayani, Surat, Jamnagar, and other parts of India. It acquired 10% equity participation in Larsen & Toubro for an estimate of Rs 766.50 crores in 2001 and received an in-principle approval from the Railway Board in 2006 for operating container trains across the country. Additionally, in 2008, it launched web URL to reflect its presence globally, and its subsidiaries, Reliance Corporate Centre and Reliance Convention and Exhibition Centre became operational. Furthermore, in 2009, RIIL got many orders to develop port facilities, supply IT infrastructure equipments and software. Finally, to expand its customer base, in 2021, it got reclassified from Promoter Group of Reliance Industries to the Public. Thus, RIIL is striving to maximum its potential and provide Infrastructure and Support Services to its customers.
