About Raj Oil Mills Ltd

Raj Oil Mills Ltd was incorporated in 2001 and acquired the running business of Raj Oil Mills partnership firm which was established by Founder Haji Suleman Jamal in 1943. The Company primarily engages in the business of crushing and oil filtration and began its commercial production in 2010. In 2009-10, it allotted 9500008 equity shares at Rs. 10 per share with a premium of Rs. 110. In 2015, the Board of Insolvency and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) accepted the Company's application for insolvency and the procedure was further changed to the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code 2016. A period of moratorium was observed which concluded on 2nd May 2018. On 4th May 2018, M/s. Rubberwala Housing & Infrastructure Limited and M/s. Mukhi Industries Limited took over the Control and management of the Company via the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and the Equity Share Capital of the Company was reduced by 95 percent on 16th May 2018. Consequently, the Company allotted 11241513 Equity Shares to the new Promoters of the Company as per the Resolution Plan. On 1st August 2021, Raj Oil Mills Ltd launched a new product ' Raj Filter Groundnut Oil' in the states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, and Goa.
