About Pritika Engineering Components Ltd

Pritika Engineering Components Limited was incorporated in 2018 as a Private Company and converted to a Public Company in 2022. It caters to the tractor industry in the automotive sector with a major dependency on OEMs. The Company manufactures precision machined components and parts for tractors, commercial vehicles and other construction equipment. Their production process involves core making, molding and melting, painting, machining and more with the use of various raw materials like CRC scrap, MS scrap, cast iron, pig iron, ferro silicon and more along with consumables. FY22 witnessed a production of 6619 MT and an installed capacity of 12000 MT. In 2021, the Company increased installed capacity from 9600 MT to 12000 MT. The Company issued a Public Issue during November 2022 through a Fresh Issue, raising 9.42 Crores.
