About Premier Synthetics Ltd

Premier Syntheics PSL is a company which has been manufacturing texturised yarn and fabric since 1969 when it was promoted by the Arya Group. Most of its income comes from trading in yarn and fabrics, both grey and processed and it recently underwent an expansion in 1994 and diversified programme in 1995-96. In 1999-2000 the losses exceeded more than 50% of its peak networth and was declared a sick industrial company by SICA 1985. The company issued 950000 equity shares to non-promoters on preferential and private placements basis in 2017 and were listed on the BSE Ltd. since June 9th 2017. The Honble BIFR has ordered to declare it a sick industrial company and this has been disputed against in the Appeal Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction.
