About Prabhhans Industries Ltd

Sea Gold Aqua Farms is a renowned aqua culture unit that sells prawn to foreign markets. Incorporated in 1993 in Korlam Village, Andhra Pradesh, by K Sudheer and associates, the shrimp farm has a technical collaboration with Samurai Techno Trading Pvt Ltd and a 100% buyback agreement with King Fisheries (co-promoters). It is a 100 Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and has a good potential for exporting prawn worldwide due to the increasing demand. It was made public in March 1995 and 30 lakhs of Rs.10 equity shares were issued at par collectively amounting to Rs.300 lakhs.
