About Poddar Pigments Ltd

Established in 1991, Poddar Pigments is the first company in India to manufacture fibregrade masterbatches for the spincolouration of polypropylene, polyester, and nylon filament yarns/fibres. Their production plant located in Jaipur, Rajasthan is self-powered, with modern labs and analytical facilities to test and control quality. They produce a wide range of additive and LDPE-based masterbatches which cater to blown-film raffia, engineering plastics, and general-purpose plastics industries. The main customer of the company is Rajasthan Petro Synthetics. To increase the installed capacity of polyester masterbatches, the company has implemented a new extruder line with an expenditure of Rs. 650 lacs and the production started on 18.03.99. In 2000, Poddar Pigments was awarded an ISO 9002 Certificate.
