About Patidar Buildcon Ltd

Patidar Buildcon Ltd. is an India-based company in the pharmaceutical industry. Established in 1986, its maiden IPO helped finance their proposed business of manufacturing and selling bulk drugs and wide range of drug formulations. However, unsuccessful acquisition of land for the project meant the company's management was taken over by the Patidar Group in 2010. The new management, known as a business family from Surendranagar, Gujarat, has since ventured into the rapidly increasing real estate industry due to various benefits and concessions provided by the Gujarat Government. Specific development projects have been identified and pursued to encourage further growth.
