About Geecee Ventures Ltd

GeeCee Ventures Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of niche chemicals in India for the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, flavour and fragrance, dye, paint and other industries. With their manufacturing facilities at Ankleshwar in Gujarat, and Jaisalmer and Fatehgarh in Rajasthan to generate power, their main markets are the United States, India, Japan, Korea, and Europe. The company was initially founded in February 1984 as a private limited company as Shubham Aromatics Pvt Ltd, and converted to a public limited company in October 1985. After many expansion projects that increased production capacity from 2400 to 24000 TPA, they ventured into international markets through subsidiaries and a Business Transfer Agreement with LANXESS India Pvt Ltd in 2009. In 2018, the company changed their name from Gwalior Chemicals Industries Ltd to GeeCee Ventures Ltd.
