About Vas Infrastructure Ltd

Vas Infrastructure Ltd. started with Vasparr Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. in Feb 1994 as a Private Limited Company, before converting into a public limited company in September 1994. The company was initially promoted by Jayesh V Valia and Nimesh S Joshi and is now managed by Raj Valia and Madhav Valia. It provides a range of financial services including leasing, hire purchase, corporate finance and advisory. It also invest in capital markets and place ICDs. During 1998-99 the company branched out into Entertainment, Software/Hardware in Computer System and the manufacture and sale of plastic and metal drums/barrels. The company has also invested its own funds in various listed companies, amounting to Rs 148.97 lacs in total. In April 2006, Infrastructure work was added to their new lines of activity.
