About Patels Airtemp (India) Ltd

Patel Airtemp India was incorporated in 1992, taking over two existing units of the N G Patel & Associates group to create a harmony. Patel Airtemp India have two manufacturing facilities located at GIDC Vatva near Ahmedabad, designated as Unit I and II, and a third plant at Kalol in Mehasana district, Gujarat. The company specialises in a wide range of engineering equipment such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, industrial fans and blowers as well as air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. They have completed prestigious jobs for Nirma Ltd and Reliance Petroleum Ltd, Jamnagar. August 2004 saw the Vatva division of the company being demerged into Patels Airflow Ltd. As consideration, one equity share of Rs. 10 each of Patels Airflow Ltd was issued for every four existing equity shares which were consolidated into three equity share of Rs. 10 each for every four shares of Rs. 7.50 each. Patel Airtemp India aim to open up lucrative business opportunities such as turnkey projects.
