About Oscar Global Ltd

Oscar Global (OGL) a part of the Oscar Group, is a manufacturer and exporter of leather, woolen, and textile garments with an installed capacity of 45,000 per annum. It was incorporated as a private limited company in Oct. 90 and was converted to a public limited company in Oct.94 and was renamed Oscar Global in Jan 95. The company came out with a public issue of 1 million equity shares worth Rs 3 crore to part finance the Rs 6.45 crore modern 100 EOU in Noida. OGL exports its products to the US, Germany, France, Holland, Japan, Australia, Russia, CIS countries, and East Europe. They have agreements with Pearl Industrial HongKong, and Dubain Agencies Dubai for marketing purposes and its clientele includes KMart Corporation and Forster Kratochwil. Oscar Global has also obtained the status of export house from the Government of India.
