About Onward Technologies Ltd

Onward Technologies Limited is a leading global engineering and IT services company providing integrated product development solutions. Founded in 1991, the company offers a wide range of services from mechanical engineering, embedded systems development and mobile software solutions to enterprise software development, data analytics, digital transformation, robotic process automation and managed services. In 1994, it acquired the business lines of erstwhile group companies and converted into a public limited company and made a public offering at a premium of Rs. 40/ per share. In 1995, the company secured a strategic partnership with Structural Dynamics Research Corporation and in 1997, it closed its system integration division to focus more on professional services and solutions business. In 2000, Onward Technologies signed a Global Partnership Agreement with Novell Inc. and opened a development centre in Pune for the Professional Services and Solutions Division. In 2001, it set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany and in 2002 established 2 software development centers. In 2008, the company underwent restructuring and focused mainly on Mechanical Engineering Design Services and IT Consulting Services. In 2015, it completed a major CFD project and in 2021 secured the approval of a Scheme of Merger and acquired OT Park as its wholly owned subsidiary. Additionally, the company incorporated Onward Technologies Canada Inc. and Onward Technologies BV in Toronto, Canada and the Netherlands respectively. With its 25 years of experience and expertise, Onward Technologies strives to provide end-to-end product development solutions and services to its many Fortune 1000 clients.
