During the fiscal year ended March 31 2010 fiscal 2010 the Company disposed off the land and building at Silvassa. As of March 31 2010 the Company had no manufacturing activities. During fiscal 2010 the Company purchased and sold 100299 meters of fabrics. As of March 31 2010 the Company had a 33.88 interest in a jointly controlled entity Strata Geosystems India Private Limited Strata. Also the Company acquired new premises at Mumbai. The Company is exploring investment opportunities that may be considered beneficial to it..
