About Omax Autos Ltd

Omax Autos is a part of the Omax Group that specializes in the production of sheet metal tubular components, machined components and sprockets for two wheelers and four wheelers. With two plants in Haryana and one plant in Gurgaon, Hero Honda is the company's major client which contributes 75% of its total turnover. Omax Autos' other clients include Maruti, TVS, Suzuki, etc. In 1995, the company doubled the capacity of its electroplating plant and sprocket division. It is also constructing a third unit in Gurgaon and has taken up land for a fourth unit. there. The fourth plant at IMT Manesar has started commercial production in April 2002. Besides efficient production, Omax Auto is also doing exports to M/s Piaggio and M/s Santhana Brothers. The company is also looking to become a global supplier for OEMs and is in the process of amalgamating Indital Tintoria Ltd. All these improvements will ensure higher production rate and economies of scale for Omax Autos in the near future.
