About Northlink Fiscal & Capital Services Ltd

Northlink Fiscal and Capital Services Limited is a NBFC registered with Reserve Bank of India Chandigarh. It was established in November 28 1994 and started its commercial operations on December 30th 1994. The Company is engaged in wholesale of construction materials which includes trading of Cement and financing rental income. In 2017-18, it allotted 2000000 warrants convertible into equity shares that increased its paid-up capital from 325 Lakh to 525 Lakh with necessary approvals from BSE and MSEI. For 2018-19, it owns three firms with their own proprietorship (M/s Northlink Tradings, M/S Kuber Traders, and M/S Capital Agencies) which deals in trading of Cement. Northlink Fiscal and Capital Services Limited is a Reserve Bank of India-registered NBFC that offers wholesale of construction materials, trading of Cement, and financing rental income to its clients. It started its operations in December 1994 and since then, has increased its paid-up capital from 325 Lakh to 525 Lakh with the conversion of 2000000 warrants into equity shares. It currently owns three firms with their own proprietorship that accounts for Cement trading.
