Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) has decided to divest its entire 26% equity stake in Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd (NTBCL), which owns and maintains the DND flyover connecting Delhi to Noida. NTBCL, a public listed company, has been facing financial difficulties since the Allahabad High Court scrapped the toll in 2016. IL&FS will soon invite bids for the sale of its share in the road project.
