About Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd

The Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) was incorporated in 1996 in Uttar Pradesh to implement the Delhi Noida Bridge on a BOOT (Build Own Operate and Transfer) basis. By 1998, the company had signed various land lease agreements and started building the bridge, which was opened in February 2001. Furthermore, to reduce congestion at the Delhi end of the bridge, the Ashram Flyover was opened to traffic in October of the same year. In June 2007, the Mayur Vihar Link Road Project, which connects Mayur Vihar to Delhi across the River Yamuna, was completed in two phases. Additionally, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation provided its services in Noida from November 2009. During 2015-16, the company upgraded its toll technology by introducing Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) technology. Overall, NTBCL has completed a number of projects which have not only improved the infrastructure, but also provided easy transportation access to the public.
