MAS Financial Services Limited is a Gujarat-based NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) founded in 1995. They provide financial services tailored to meet the needs of their lower and middle-income customers in urban, semi-urban and rural areas, including formal and informal sectors. The company has 99 branches across major cities in India, such as Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, with 3300 centers reach and over 100 NBFCs in its network. They have a wide range of financial products, such as Micro Enterprise Loans, SME Loans, Home Loans, Two Wheeler Loans, Used Car Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans. Additionally, they have a subsidiary, MAS Rural Housing & Mortgage Finance, and investments from Bellwether Microfinance Trust, Nederlandse Financierings Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. FMO, ICICI Venture Fund Management Company Limited and DEG Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft MBH DEG. In 2017, they went public, with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs 233 crore in a fresh issue and up to Rs 227.04 crore upon selling shares of existing shareholders. Between 2006 to 2020, their Assets Under Management (AUM) have grown to Rs 4000 crore, presently operating in 69 branches spread across the country.
