About Algoquant Fintech Ltd

Algoquant Fintech Limited (formerly known as Hindustan Everest Tools Limited) was established on January 25 1962 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Algoquant Investment Private Limited. It is engaged in the business of trading financial instruments, and is known for producing and marketing high quality hand tools such as spanners, pliers, pipe wrenches, adjustable wrenches, screwdrivers, and more. The company once faced a loss of up to 200506 due to a variety of reasons, but was able to stand back up with the help of their control over major inputs and improved production efficiency. There is also a Research and Development Centre that is in charge of product development and process improvement, as well as customer service. In 202122 a total of 1607200 equity shares worth Rs. 10 each were converted into 8036000 equity shares worth Rs. 2 each, following a share purchase agreement of the Promoter Shareholding in favor of Algoquant Financials LLP. This signified a Change in Management Control, of which Mr. Shravan Kumar Mandelia and Mr. Balgopal Mandelia resigned from the directorship of the Company and were replaced by Mr. Dhruv Gupta and Mr. Devansh Gupta.
