About Manaksia Steels Ltd

Manaksia Steels Limited, a Flagship Company of the Manaksia Group, was founded in 2001 and is engaged in manufacturing of steel products that have acquired international recognition such as ISO 9001: 2015. The product range includes Cold Rolled Steel Sheets and Coils, Galvanized Steel Sheets and Coils, and Color Coated Steel Sheets and Coils. In 2014, a Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 391-394 of the Companies Act 1956 was sanctioned by the Honble Calcutta High Court for the demerger of Steel Undertaking from Manaksia Limited into Manaksia Steels Limited. The company has three steel plants for manufacturing Cold Rolled Coils, Galvanized Corrugated Sheets and Galvanised Plain Sheets, with an additional facility in Haldia for Colouring Coating of Galvanized Steel Sheets and Cold Rolled Aluminium Sheets. Manaksia Steels Limited has also established a subsidiary at Dubai and two companies at Nigeria for manufacturing steel long products. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the company has stopped operations until local governments provide the directive when to resume.
