About Lippi Systems Ltd

Lippi Systems Ltd was incorporated in Gujarat as Pvt. Ltd. in 1956 and converted to a Public Ltd. Company by passing a Special Resolution. Located in the New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate, the company has a plant which manufactures rotogravure printing cylinders. To fund an expansion and for working capital the company issued 4,000,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.26 per share in 2000-2001. The installed capacity of Rotogravure Printing Cylinders was increased to 1700sq m during 2001- 2002 with commercial production commencing December 2001.
