About BEW Engineering Ltd

BEW Engineering Limited is a public limited company which was incorporated in 2011, originally as a Private Limited Company. It is involved in the design and manufacture of pharmaceutical, chemical plants and process equipment from materials like Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Hastelloy etc. The company has presence in countries like turkey, Nigeria, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Nepal, Israel, Bangladesh and Brazil. In 2013, the first export order was received while in 2015 the Company executed the first CE marked export order. In 2018, the Lade family took 100% management control by buying out the Khokrale Family's shares in the Company. In 2019, its sales network expanded to Russia and in 2021, they issued 416667 equity shares offering a face value of Rs 10 per share in a rights issue at a premium of Rs 20 per share. Their main products are Agitated Pressure Nutsche Filter Dryer, Rotocone Vacuum Filter Dryer, Retractable Plough Shear Mixer Dryer and Spherical Dryer. The Group are members of the Engineering Export Promotion Council in Mumbai and are capable of servicing the equipments they supply or supplied by others.
