About Keynote Financial Services Ltd

Keynote Corporate Services (KCSL) was established in1993, and is a SEBI-approved Category I merchant bank. KCSL offers services such as fund-based & non-fund based services, portfolio management, corporate advisory services, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and others. It ranks third among private merchant bankers and ninth overall. KCSL's clients include Snowcem India, Sanghi Industries, Jardine Fleming, ATCO Industries, Rolta, Madhumilan group, SUL, Majestic Auto, Siddhartha Tubes, A. P. Power Tools, Pittie Cement and Industries, Sunrise Alchemie Organics, Binani Zinc, and more.
