About Kernex Microsystems (India) Ltd

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd is a software development and consultancy company, specialized in the Manufacture and sale of Safety Systems like AntiCollision Devices for Railways and Software Services. As an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, they hold exclusive license for AntiCollision systems in India and exclusive marketing rights for ACDs outside India. They have provided software services to domestic and international markets since 1991 and are an outsourced supplier to the Konkan Railways Corporation Ltd. They have developed and demonstrated several safety systems including, AntiCollision Devices, Intelligent Data Acquisition Systems, Oracle Financial Training Centers, Advanced Railway Signal Systems and others. In December 2005, the company went public with an IPO of 3960444 equity shares of Rs10 each. In 2006 and 2007, 375 ACDs were fitted in various locations. In 2009, RFID, goods guard ACD and other technologies were developed. In 2010, they executed an operational and comprehensive maintenance contract with Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd who supplied ACD Network systems to North Frontier Railways.

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd is a software and consultancy firm with expertise in Software Hardware development and Systems Integration. They specialize in the production and sale of security systems such as AntiCollision Devices for Railways and Software Services which are certified by ISO 9001:2000 standards. They have been engaged in various projects since 1991, and in December 2005 they issued an IPO of 3960444 equity shares of Rs10 each. They have fitted 375 ACDs in locations such as Howrah, Andal, Patratu, Jamalpur Mughalsarai and Gonda. They have also produced RFID and Goods Guard ACD technology, and in 2010 they signed a contract with the Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd to provide ACD Network Systems to North Frontier Railways with a contract value of approximately Rs 35.76 crore. Kernex Microsystems India Ltd is always looking for new technologies and innovations in the field of SSI Signaling Systems and Control Systems for Multiengine hauling systems.
