About Jasch Industries Ltd

Jasch Industries JIL is an Indian manufacturer of PU foam and laminated products with an installed capacity of 240 tpa and 5 lac mtr pa. The company also produces PU resin, PU synthetic leather and non-woven fabric for captive consumption in the manufacture of PU leather. They have a technical collaboration with a Korean manufacturer with over two decades of experience. Apart from this, Jasch Plastics, managed by the same promoters, manufactures PVC synthetic leather. To cash in on the market prospects a new product, Beta/Gamma Thickness Gauge was developed and test marketed. During the year 19992000 negations with ICICI Ltd. allowed for a reschedulement of repayment period and reduction of rate of interest from 18.5% to 14.5%, significantly reducing the interest burden. The sales of the company registered a growth of 9.20% and operating profit a growth of 9.30% over the previous year, despite an increase in the prices of petro based raw material and fuel oil. The interest and finance charges also reduced sharply by 16.00%.
