About ITC Hotels Ltd
Established in 1975 with the launch of the Chola Hotel in Chennai, ITC Hotels is one of India's premier hospitality chains and is known for its luxury offerings. The company operates over 140 properties across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, and is the third-largest hotel chain in India. Its brand portfolio includes ITC Hotels, Mementos, Welcomhotel, Storii, Fortune Hotels, and WelcomHeritage, with many of its properties part of The Luxury Collection by Marriott International.
Originally, ITC Hotels operated as a division of ITC Limited, which demerged to run as a separate entity in January 2025. Later, in January, the company got listed on the stock exchange. Post-demerger, ITC Hotels operates as an independent entity focusing on the hospitality sector.
