With 23 13 direct and 10 step down subsidiaries and 3 Associate Companies in 2018, the company's Scheme of Demerger to divest its product business was approved by the Madras High Court. In 2020, with 19 9 direct and 10 stepdown subsidiaries and 2 Associate Companies, Intellect Design Arena launched multiple products such as CBX FX, Contextual ALM, iGTB, iTurmeric, CBXO, Contextual Sentiment API, ARX, Canvas 19, Olive Fabric, IDX and Cronus. As of March 2022, the company has 22 12 direct and 10 step down subsidiaries and 2 Associate Companies.
