About India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd

Indian Motor Parts & Accessories IMPAL, incorporated on July 12th 1954, is one of the few all India distributors for motor parts and accessories. Representing over 60 manufacturers with its 50+ branch network, IMPAL deals in engine components, brake systems, radiators, suspensions, auto electricals, steering linkages, instruments and more. Its Commercial Paper has a continuous P1 rating from CRISIL, up to Rs. 900 lakhs. In 2017, IMPAL and M/s Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Plc UK along with M/s Sundaram Finance Ltd. made an investment of Rs.12, Crores for non-life insurance. During 2011, it opened a branch in Silchar and during 2017-18, 3 more branches were opened with an ERP system designed for making data available online. In 2019, it opened 5 new branches in interior states and CAPL Motor Parts Private Ltd. in Ahmedabad, becomes a subsidiary after the company's 90% equity acquisition.
