About Hittco Tools Ltd

Hittco Online Technologies Ltd, previously known as Hittco Drills Ltd and HITTCO PRECISSION TOOL TECHNOLOGIES LTD, was established in 1995, as a Private Limited Company and is owned by Surendra Bhandari and Sidharth Bhandari, along with two other companies. Initially, the project to manufacture drills was located at Gummidipoondi, Tamilnadu however the same was relocated to Peenya, Bangalore because of the existing base of the promoters. To part finance this expansion-cum-diversification project, the company had a public issue in 1996. During 1997-1998, the company changed its name to HITTCO PRECISSION TOOL TECHNOLOGIES LTD and increased its drill bits installed capacity from 18 lac p.a. to 36 lac p.a., in addition to earning foreign exchange worth Rs 0.17 cr. Hittco Online Technologies Ltd finalized the name change in 2004.
