About Harish Textile Engineers Ltd

Harish Textile Engineers Ltd. is India's leading producer of textile processing and finishing machinery, and has established a presence in 25 countries. The company is located in Umbergam and Bhilad Gujarat in factories spread over a total of 140000 square feet and also operates a non-ferrous metal trading business. The company is producing nonwoven fabric used for auto interiors and filtration and hygiene, and is also recycling Pet Bottles and other polyester scrap into recycled polyester staple fibre. It has been well-respected for its quality and productivity and has a strong technical, design and infrastructure team. They have also been approved for a Scheme of Arrangement by the National Court of Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench in August 2018 and have been assigned 936000 equity shares in October 2018.
