About Globus Power Generation Ltd

Globus Power Generation Limited a listed entity on Bombay Stock Exchange of India BSE in the name of Globus Constructors and Developers Ltd was incorporated in June 19th 1985. The Company is a domestic public limited company engaged in businesses of making strategic investments in infrastructure sector and particularly power generation business and acquisition of portfolio of wind / bio mass power plants and to make them part of their group. The business includes making investment in other securities derivatives mutual funds and properties. In March 2016 the company had two subsidiaries i.e. M/s Transtech Green Power Private Limited and Globus Solar Power Private Limited and one associate company i.e. M/s Spectrum Power Generation Limited.During FY19 the registered office of the Company was shifted from D199 Pushpak Marg Hanuman Nagar Vaishali Nagar Jaipur302021 to Shyam House Plot No. 3 Amrapali Circle Vaishali Nagar Jaipur302021. w.e.f. 10th April 2019..
