Company Information

G.G Automotive Gears is a public limited company founded in Feb.74 by the Gajra family of Bombay. The firm is specialized in manufacturing precision gears for the Indian Railways, industrial gears for cooling towers, and gear boxes for oil extraction plants, among other products. In the 90s, G.G Automotive Gears started manufacturing industrial gear boxes, plastic extrusion machines and material handling equipment for Port Trusts. During 1995, the company completed a project of manufacturing 3000 locomotive gears and gear pumps. The firm has prestigious clients such as BHEL, Indian Railways, Uranium Corporation, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, among others. Additionally, G.G Automotive Gears also exported to General Electric USA. In 2000-2001, it reached the milestone of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) of General Motors Corporation USA which allowed it to compete in the international market. Finally, in the 2000s, the company launched trial Hydraulic Gear pumps for Loaders/Earthmovers.
