About Flomic Global Logistics Ltd

Vinaditya Trading Company Limited was incorporated on April 30 1981 and is based in Maharashtra, India. Its main objective is to carry on in India or abroad the occupation or business of commerce, as exporters, importers, traders, agents, brokers, factors, commission agents, dealers in goods and produce, contractors, engineers and undertake and carry on business related trading operations. In 2017 the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench accepted the Scheme of Amalgamation between Flomic Freight Services Private Limited and Vinaditya Trading Company Limited, between its respective creditors and shareholders on February 14. The matter is still pending for listing on the Board.
