About Family Care Hospitals Ltd

Pharma Offset was established in 1982 as a partnership firm and became a public limited company in September 1994. Promoted by Rashmikant C Doshi and Uday M Raval, the company provides services such as manufacturing, processing, printing, and packaging products. Its products include cartons, pharmaceutical sales promotion literature, and primary packaging materials. To finance their expansion and modernization project that took place in 1994-95, they issued a public offering in January 1995 and partnered with major pharmaceutical companies like Lyka Labs, Dolphin Laboratories, and ParkeDavis Sandoz Merind Fulford India. In 1998-99, they started trading chemicals and bulk drugs, and in 1999-2000, the company changed its name to Pharma Com India Ltd.
