East Buildtech Limited (EBL) is a public company that was established in 1984 by Shri Jagdish Prasad Chokhani. The company's main business is in acquiring land and then constructing and developing buildings, flats, shops, offices, stores, apartments, infrastructure, and other developments. It had its initial public offering (IPO) in 1986, followed by a right issue in 1992. These offerings enabled the company to launch its projects and expand its services. EBL now stands as an important builder in the development of several industries, and its works have been recognised in India and abroad.
