About Divgi Torqtransfer Systems Ltd

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited is a leading automotive components provider, established in 1964 and converted into a public limited company in 2022. The Company manufactures a variety of products including torque transfer systems, synchronizer systems, DCT systems, rear wheel drive manual transmissions, transmission transfer case and synchronizer components for EVs. It has 3 manufacturing and assembling facilities in India, with an additional facility currently under construction. As part of their Research and Development efforts in software development, the Company has commercialized 3 projects while 1 is at the development stage. They recently acquired the Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Private Limited and are now planning to raise a total of Rs. 200 crores through a public issue of equity shares.
