About Shivam Autotech Ltd

Shivam Autotech Limited, formerly Munjal Auto Components (MAC), is part of the Hero Group and began operating in September 1999, offering components for the auto sector to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The company specializes in gear blanks, spline shafts, finished gears and plungers, and is ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certified. Starting in 1999-2000, Shivam Autotech began manufacturing machined GEAR blanks from hot forgings, with production of SPLINE SHAFTS from cold extrusion and WARM forgings with imported tooling from Japan beginning in 2000-2001. Model parts such as P40, P60 and P70 CDN were developed in 2001-2002, and plunger supply to MICO BOSCH for fuel pump began in 2002-2003. In 2003-2004, Shivam Autotech was recognized as a direct on line supplier by Hero Honda and started shaping carburising for finished gears and shafts. Throughout their operations, Shivam Autotech has consistently received awards for their excellence, such as the MICO BOSCH award for performance in 2004-2005 and the Kaizen Summit Award (2nd and 3rd Prize) in 2005, as well as the Distinguished Case Study Award from the CCQC 2005.
