Diksha Greens Share Price

Diksha Greens Limited was initially incorporated as a private limited company in July 2004 as Diksha Timber Private Limited before changing their name to Diksha Greens Private Limited in November 2017 and further to Diksha Greens Limited in February 2018. The company is managed by Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pirogiwal, who has inherited experience from his father in the timber and plywood industry since 1970. After obtaining an ImporterExporter code from the Government of India in 2006, Diksha Greens became more involved in trading, importing wood and timber from various Southeast Asian, African and American countries. They achieved further restructuring in 2015 after being approved for an amalgamation proposal by the High Court of Calcutta. This amalgamation resulted in the issuance of 294,990 Equity Shares. Realising the potential of the Agri market, in 2018 Diksha Greens decided to expand their business activity with the acquisition of a multi commodity cold storage with a capacity of 5000 MT and two pre cooling chambers.
