About Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd

Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited is an agrochemical company based in Gujarat, India, providing crop protection solutions to aid farmers maximize productivity and profitability. It was incorporated in 2015 and currently manufactures and distributes a wide range of agrochemical formulations such as insecticides and micro fertilizers. As of September 30, 2022, the company had 118 branded formulations sold to farmers and over 154 products to 600 customers both in India and international markets. It has further exported its products to 66 customers across 25 countries. As of November 30, 2021, the aggregate installed capacity of the Company’s manufacturing facility for agrochemical formulations was 25,500 MT and 7577.21 MT of agrochemical formulations were manufactured in Fiscal 2021. To expand and achieve backward integration, the Company also acquired 33489.73 sq. mtrs of land at Saykha Industrial Estate, Bharuch in Gujarat. It successfully completed a public issue in November 2022 by raising Rs. 251 crores through a combination of Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale. The Company is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards and conducts farmer training programs to educate farmers on the benefits of their products.
