About Decipher Labs Ltd

Combat Drugs CDL was incorporated as a private limited company in September 1986, and later converted into a public limited company in June 1992. It came out with an issue of 23.23 lac equity shares in November 1994 to finance the expansion of existing manufacturing facilities, especially for pharmaceutical formulations and sterile powder injectables. The company has developed in-house technology for dispersible and sustained release formulations and has also explored possibilities of exporting its products. It achieved major milestones in the years 1995-1996 and 1996-1997. In 1998-1999, the company extended operations into the IT sector, even proposing to change its name to Combat Drugs and IT Limited.
