About Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd

Country ClubIndia (previously known as Amrutha Inns) was established on 17th May 1991 as a private limited company and was converted into a public limited company on 29th August 1992. It aimed to build a three star hotel with 113 rooms featuring a European Medieval architectural style, health club, swimming pool and business centre. The land on which the project is developed has 2700 sq.m of area located in Saifabad. It is estimated the total cost for the project would be Rs.835.20 lakhs which it hopes to cover by equity issue, term loan and deferral payment guarantee. As a part of its marketing strategy, the Company will allow its customers to stay substantially and use their luxury coaches between the hotel and club. Additionally, two banqueting halls are being constructed as a part of the project with hopes that after the completion, sale proceeds will further improve with the opening of these new facilities.
