About Chennai Ferrous Industries Ltd

Chennai Ferrous Industries Limited (CFIL) was set up in May 2010 which works in areas of manufacturing and trading with a specialty in Sponge Iron Steel and coal related products. It has taken over all the assets and liabilities of the Sponge Iron Division from the company Kanishk Steel Industries Limited as per Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act 1956. CFIL's primary objective is to realign the business operations of the Demerged company and to ensuring that the company runs on a going concern basis. This shows CFIL's commitment towards providing a dependable service that has been recognized and relied upon by its customers.
