Chartered Capital and Investment Ltd (CCIL) was incorporated in 1986 as a Private Limited Company and converted into a Public Limited Company in 1994. Since then, CCIL has been an active participant in Merchant Banking activities, as evidenced by its Category I Merchant Banker registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from April 1, 1994. Its shares are listed on both the Mumbai Stock Exchange and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange. CCIL offers a variety of services to its clients, including management of Public/ Rights Issue, mergers, loan syndication, Takeover/ Buyback offer, preferential allotment, financial restructuring, delisting of securities, project management, and other allied services. CCIL's primary aim is to provide their clients with reliable, secure, and transparent services.
