About Capital India Finance Ltd

Capital India Finance Limited (Formerly known as Bhilwara Texfin Limited) is an India-based Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The company is based in Delhi and provides customised financial solutions to corporate and SME’s for growth and working capital requirements. During the year 2017-18 the company changed its name from Bhilwara TexFin to Capital India Finance, underwent a major change in management as well as shifted the registered office from Delhi to Mumbai. During this period, the company made significant commitments affecting its financial position, with 5 wholly owned subsidiaries being incorporated, along with an issue of 39683000 equity shares and 34548560 equity shares on rights basis aggregating to Rs. 2500029000 and Rs. 2487496320 respectively. With resulting increased paid-up capital of Rs.777342600, the company sets out to have a more powerful presence in the NBFC industry.
