About BF Investment Ltd

BF Investment Ltd is a Non Deposit taking Core Investment Company established in 2009. Through a scheme of amalgamation, BF Utilities Ltd was vested with a continuation basis in BF Investment Ltd, and the Equity Shares of the company were listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in 2011. 90% of the company's assets are invested in shares and debts of Group Companies, and they are also engaged in the business of real estate. The scheme of amalgamation became effective from February 26, 2010, and they have a retrospective effect from April 1, 2009. BF Investment Ltd is focused on investment and real estate business and has been providing the highest standards of service for the past 11 years.
