Its shares are offered for sale on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). In 2000, the company incorporated a subsidiary, Brijlaxmi Infotech, to cater to software development and related business. Brijlaxmi Leasing & Finance Limited earns profits from the sale of stocks and securities, dividend income, and interest.
