Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited (PILANI) is a Non Banking Financial Company registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Established in 1948, it holds investments in subsidiaries, group companies, and mutual funds as per RBI guidelines. During the 2017-18 financial year, Kesoram Industries Limited ceased to be an Associate Company. Century Textiles and Industries Limited, an Associate Company of PILANI, announced that Board of Directors of Century has approved a scheme for demerger of their cement business into UltraTech Cement Limited - for every 8 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/ each held in Century, 1 fully paid up equity share of Rs 10/ each of UltraTech Cement will be allotted. The equity shares of PILANI were listed on Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange Limited and Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited.
