About Bonlon Industries Ltd

The Company was incorporated in the name of Bon Lon Steels Private Limited in December 1998. The name of Company was changed from Bon Lon Steels Private Limited to Bonlon Industries Private Limited with effect from February 26 2019. Further the Company got converted into Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to Bonlon Industries Limited effective from March 29 2019. The Company is in the business of manufacturing and trading of various kinds of ferrous and non ferrous metals and running a hotel.The manufacturing unit was set up in 2013 in Bhiwadi Rajasthan. The Company products can be applied in industries like electrical construction transport automobile etc. The Company have the capability and flexibility to meet the exact specifications and sizes of products as per requirements of the customers.The Company cater clients through products such as wire rods wires cathode and ingots made up from metals like copper aluminum lead zinc tin etc. The business operations in this segment include both manufacturing and trading activities. Manufacturing is mainly done for the copper wire rods and wires and the rests of the products such as wire rods wires ingots and cathode made up from metals dealt in are traded by the Company. The Company trades the metal products not only in India but do the import and export also and trades on MCX as well.Hotel Bonlon Inn is situated in Center of Delhi Karol bagh this exquisite inn is a sheer creation built under blueprints of fineness and superiority. Housing world class amenities and a gripping ambience the place has 24 rooms that define true luxury and provides a lavish living experience. To serve taste buds Bonlon Inn offers a vast menu of delicious multicuisines and appetizing snacks that makes customer stay more pleasurable. The hotel that facilitates with firstrate services that makes every moment special. During the year 2018 three of the Group Companies namely Smita Global Private Limited Transferor Company No. 1 Harshit Promoters Private Limited Transferor Company No. 2 and Harshit Infratech Private Limited Transferor Company No. 3 that were engaged in different segments of business were amalgamated with the Company in pursuance of Section 230232 of the Companies Act 2013 and the Order of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Principal Bench New Delhi dated June 13 2018. Upon such Scheme becoming effective in consideration of the amalgamation the Shareholders of all the three transferor companies were allotted shares in the transferee company in the ratio as provided in the Scheme of Amalgamation..
